Many industries rely on accurate and reproducible operation or measurement.   Cianflone Scientific can offer a range of calibration and routine maintenance services to ensure that your equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated to a specific standard as explained below.

Standard Calibration and Maintenance Service

The standard calibration and maintenance service has been designed to provide fast and efficient calibration and routine maintenance of equipment at a very competitive price.

As part of the standard calibration and maintenance service, it is the responsibility of the customer to package and return the equipment to our Service Department before the service date. Contact us for packaging instructions.

The equipment will then undergo calibration and routine maintenance by the Cianflone Scientific Service Department before being returned to the customer.  This service will be handled by our Technicians at our
location.

This service includes:

• Labor
• Calibration materials
• Calibration certificate
• Storage of calibration certificate and service records at Cianflone Scientific

Repair Service

Cianflone Scientific does guarantee a rapid response on notification of any instrument breakdown.  Our Service Engineers will troubleshoot quickly most problems by phone or email.  If the problem remains unsolved, the customer will be instructed as to how to pack the equpment for shipment, and will be given immediate attention upon arrival at our facilities.  We strive to produce an accurate quote that will be given on the cost of the repair.  Limited on-site service available -- contact us for details.

If you should need machined replacement parts, our facilities include a fully equipped machine shop. 

Training

Included in the cost of our equipment is 4 hours training at our facility.  If you require on-site training, there will be an additional charge.
