Don has over 20 years experience in the Information Technology field. He has worked in manufacturing environments all his career and understands customer requirements. Don Holds a Bachelors & Masters degree from Robert Morris University in Systems Engineering. Don is very customer service focused with great technical abilities. He joined Cianflone in February 2018.
Lori Ford | Customer Service & Sales Support
Lori, who started with Cianflone Scientific in May 1990 , plays a key role in Customer Service and Sales Support. She serves in numerous liaison capacities offering administrative support to all Corporate teams, whether Management, Accounting, Purchasing, Production, Service, Sales, Order Processing and Customer inquiries. She has over 35 years of customer relations experience working in the print media, court judicial system and banking industries. Whether your request is for US or international, Lori will make sure your Customer requirements are met as well as the due diligence to comply with all US Export Regulations required for international shipments.
Most often, Lori’s voice is the first you will hear when calling Cianflone Scientific. Not only will she forward your call to the correct department, but will also help determine the best resources for any questions you may have – she will “get you where you need to go”!
Brian Diamond | Quality Assurance Manager
Brian joined our team in 2006 bringing with him his electronics and science engineering degree as well as a strong work history in the fields of Emergency-911-Communications and Avionics.
From this past work experience, he has a great understanding of the importance of quality and dependability. At Cianflone, Brian has worked from the ground up starting as a quality technician, being involved with all stages of service and production.
In Jan 2016, Brian was named Cianflone’s first Quality Assurance Manager. From this point on, Brian has been overseeing all service and production, often taking a hands-on approach with his production team in assuring that all new and serviced products that leave Cianflone Scientific are of the highest quality achievable.
Rich Arrigoni | Service Department Manager
Rich joined Cianflone Scientific in December 2002 and holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. Rich’s prior manufacturing work experience was from inspecting/testing various equipment/circuit boards, to writing detailed procedures.
Rich started Cianflone Scientific in 2002 as the wiring technician. In 2007, he was promoted to Quality / Lead Technician for production and service of the XRF spectrographs.
In January 2017, Rich was promoted to Service Department Manager. He schedules the services and calibrations of customers XRF spectrographs. If servicing or calibration is needed of your XRF equipment, please call 412-787-3600 or email email@example.com and ask for Rich.
Harold Jones | Production Quality Technician
Harold joined Cianflone Scientific in November 2017 and is considered the “jack-of-all-trades” for the Cianflone team doing various production work for all Cianflone products from machining, wiring, building, testing and numerous other hands-on duties required.
Harold is a veteran having a plethora of work experience starting off as an Anti-Submarine Rocket System Mechanic for the US Navy; a Pittsburgh Building Trades Millwright from 1980-2009; an Industrial Machinery Installer as well as a 7-year Machine Shop Operator.
Some of his past duties included installation, repair, precision alignment, manufacturing, nuclear, coal fired, turbine compressors, pumps, treatment, conveyor systems, material transfer.
Harold’s years of experience has shown to be a valued asset to the Cianflone Team!
Tony Anderson | Quality Technician
When Tony joined the Cianflone team in September 2018, he hit the ground running!
Tony holds a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and involves himself with all Cianflone products from building and quality testing of new instruments in production, to repair and calibration of instruments coming in for annual service.
As a Marine Corp veteran, he was trained in ATC and Communications which broadens his troubleshooting skills in dealing with Customers.
Tony has already demonstrated his value to the Cianflone team by his work ethics and his quick grasping of the hands-on knowledge required for all Cianflone products.
